Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All tags and packaging must be included. Proof of purchase your order number is required.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if required.
